Israeli airstrikes in Lebanon, ignoring ceasefire, kill 8

Israeli forces have resumed airstrikes and shelling in southern Lebanon. The deadly attack was carried out in the Lebanese town of Hanin early Wednesday (April 29). The Lebanese state news agency National News Agency (NNA) reported that several houses were destroyed in the Israeli airstrikes in the town of Hanin.
Earlier, Israeli forces also attacked the town of Naqora on Tuesday night (April 28), from where loud explosions were heard throughout the night. At least eight people were killed in a fierce Israeli airstrike across southern Lebanon yesterday. The country’s state media and national authorities reported this information.
