No dengue deaths in 24 hours, 375 people hospitalized

No one died of dengue in the country in the last 24 hours. During this time, 375 people have been hospitalized due to dengue. This information was given in a press release regarding dengue sent by the Directorate General of Health Services on Wednesday (July 22).
It said that among the dengue patients in the last 24 hours, 68 people were in Barisal division, 51 people in Chittagong division, 53 people in Dhaka division (outside the City Corporation), 37 people in Dhaka North City Corporation, 43 people in Dhaka South City Corporation, 54 people in Khulna division, 19 people in Mymensingh division, 16 people in Rajshahi division, 33 people in Rangpur division and one person in Sylhet division were hospitalized.
The Directorate General of Health Services said that a total of 11,570 people have been infected with dengue so far this year. Of these, 61.3 percent are men and 38.7 percent are women. 10,495 people have recovered from dengue and left the hospital. The Department of Health also reported that a total of 38 people have died from dengue fever so far this year.
