5 people die of dengue in a day, 124 infected – Directorate General of Health

In the last 24 hours, 5 people have died of dengue in the country. During this period, 124 new patients have been admitted to the hospital. This information was given in a dengue press release sent by the Directorate General of Health on Monday (June 29).
The release said that of the 5 dengue patients who died in the last 24 hours, 2 are residents of Chittagong division, 1 is from North City Corporation area, 1 is from Dhaka South City Corporation area and 1 is from Mymensingh division. As a result, the number of deaths due to dengue has reached 18 this year.
