Model’s lover flees leaving body behind

A model named Khushboo Ahirwar has died mysteriously in Madhya Pradesh’s Sehore district. 27-year-old Khushboo was abandoned by her lover at a private hospital in the early hours of Monday (November 10). The deceased Khushboo was a well-known face in the local modeling world. She had thousands of followers on the social media platform Instagram and worked with various brands.
It is learnt that the matter was reported to the police after the hospital doctors declared Khushboo dead. Later, on the complaint of her family, the body was sent to Gandhi Medical College in Bhopal for autopsy.
Khushboo’s mother Laxmi Ahirwar alleged, “My daughter has been murdered. She has blue marks all over her body, swollen face and injury marks on her private parts. She has been brutally murdered.” Khushboo’s sister said, “She was strangled to death. She has injury marks all over her body.” We want justice in this incident.
According to multiple reports in the Indian media, Khushboo’s boyfriend left her at a hospital on Indore Road in Bhainsakheri area in the early hours of the morning and fled. The police were informed after the doctors declared her dead.
The family claims that Khushboo had been living in Bhopal for about three years and had been in a live-in relationship with a young man named Qasem for some time. Three days ago, Qasem called Khushboo’s mother and said, “I am a Muslim, but your daughter is with me. We are going to Ujjain.” Later, Khushboo also said over the phone, “Don’t worry mother, Qasem is a good man.” Khushboo said his last words to the family.
Meanwhile, the police have confirmed that the accused, Qasem Ahmed, has been arrested. According to officials, the accused and Khushboo were going from Ujjain to Bhopal. Khushboo’s condition deteriorated near Baragarh on the way. She was then taken to Chirayu Hospital, where doctors declared her dead. Investigators said that Qasim had previously served time in prison for his involvement in the illegal liquor trade.
