Fakira cries profusely after coming to FDC

Ismail Hossain was once a regular on the film screen. Everyone knows this actor who plays the villainous role of Fakira. He has acted in more than 700 films. The 65-year-old actor is currently bedridden. He has suffered three strokes and is now unable to speak.
Recently, Soni Rahman, a member of the executive committee of the Bangladesh Film Artists Association, visited Fakira’s house in the Geneva Camp in Mohammadpur in the capital. Soni posted a video about the actor’s current condition. At that time, Fakira expressed her desire to go to her long-time workplace, BFDC. To fulfill that wish, Soni Rahman brought Fakira to FDC with the help of her family on Monday.
In the afternoon, Fakira entered the office of the famous Film Artists Association in tears with the help of two colleagues. Seeing the helpless actor wearing a blue shirt and black pants, his colleagues could not hold back their tears. He stared blankly at everyone.
Sonny Rahman said, “Fakira Bhai is a person who comes to FDC every day. He has not set foot in FDC for a long time. Yesterday he was brought to the Shilpi Samiti. He asked for forgiveness from everyone by gesture. He also asked for prayers. Our hearts were broken seeing his brother. We could not hold our eyes to see him in this condition.” At one time, Fakira left the restaurant business and turned to acting. Along with acting, he was also famous as a fighter. This busy actor has been irregular in films since Corona. Basically, since then he has been living a helpless life. Fakira has a wife, a daughter and a son. The family is struggling to meet his medical and household expenses.
