    James stormed the stage on the night of victory.

    Songs by Nagar Baul’s James filled the stage, and millions of people plunged into the ocean of the tunes of Guru, rejoicing in the joy of victory. This rock star became the flute player of Hamilton as soon as he stepped on stage.

    He was the last attraction of the ‘Sabar Aage Bangladesh’ concert on Victory Day yesterday. Nagar Baul James took to the stage at around 9:45 pm. This artist, known as Guru, kept the audience mesmerized by singing all the popular songs.

    After starting with the song ‘Kabita’, he ended with ‘Maa’, ‘Dushtu Cheler Dal’, ‘Mirabai’, ‘Sundari Tama’, ‘Asbar Kale Aaye Eka’ and finally ‘Pagla Hawa’.

    The concert of popular stars of the country’s music scene was held at Manik Mia Avenue in the capital. The concert also featured musicians Syed Abdul Hadi, Khurshid Alam, Kanakchapa, Baby Nazneen, Monir Khan, Asif Akbar Kana, Imran, Pritam, Mousumi, Zefar and a group of folk artists.

    The concert went on for 9 hours straight. Without any breaks, the audience was continuously kept spellbound by one-after-the-other arrival of different artists on the stage. During this time, there were more than 55 songs in which 15 musicians performed. Such long, continuous-running concerts are a rare view in the country.

    BNP organized an open concert on Manik Mia Avenue under the title of ‘Bangladesh First’ on the great Victory Day. People from all walks of life took part in this concert of leaders and activists. Millions rejoiced over the victory.
