Two madrasa students die after bathing in lake

Two madrasa students died after bathing in the DND lake in Siddhirganj, Narayanganj. Their bodies were recovered from the lake around 6 am today (May 12). They went missing after finishing their madrasa exams on Monday afternoon and playing football with friends. The deceased Monirul (15) and Shuvo (15) are seventh grade students of Alim Madrasa in Bagpara, Goodnail.
Madrasa principal Khalilur Rahman said that the two students returned to their respective homes after finishing their exams at 1 pm yesterday. Later in the afternoon, they went to bathe in the DND canal in the Nayapara area of ​​Goodnail. After that, when they did not return home, family members searched for them at various places throughout the night. This morning, locals saw their bodies floating in the canal and informed the family.
