No one will be spared in the attack on Shariatpur Sadar Hospital: Health Minister

Health Minister Sardar Md. Sakhawat Hossain has warned that no one will be spared in the attack on doctors at Shariatpur Sadar Hospital. He also said that two people, including the main accused, have already been arrested. He made these comments while visiting Dr. Nasir, who was injured in the Shariatpur incident, at Dhaka Medical College (DMCH) Hospital on Saturday (May 16) night.
The Health Minister said that the Prime Minister has instructed that no one will be spared, regardless of party. Stating that many doctors are being threatened in the capital, he said that all the terrorists are being identified by looking at the CCTV footage of the medical area.
Sardar Sakhawat Hossain said that the government is vigilant to prevent looting surrounding the tender management of the hospital. No terrorist will be spared in medical matters. He said that 10 armed personnel and 1 patrol commander are being appointed in every hospital in the country for the security of doctors. The minister also said that the government is making every effort to deal with the situation of measles and pneumonia.
