Israel gave the Emirates Iron Dome to stop drones and missiles

Israel gave the United Arab Emirates the air defense system Iron Dome during the war with Iran. US Ambassador to the United Nations Mike Waltz confirmed the matter. Mike Waltz made this public statement for the first time at an event organized by the Israeli mission to the United Nations on Monday (May 11), local time.
The Times of Israel reported that the Emirates used Iron Dome to shoot down a missile launched by Iran. The US ambassador said, “We saw that the Emirates used the Iron Dome supplied by Israel.” Meanwhile, the US media outlet The Wall Street Journal reported yesterday that the United Arab Emirates, in collaboration with the United States, secretly attacked Iran. However, the Emirates has not publicly acknowledged the attack so far.
The Wall Street Journal reported that the attack by the United Arab Emirates also included an oil refinery on Iran’s Lavan Island. The attack took place in early April, when US President Donald Trump announced a ceasefire with Iran. The media did not clarify whether the attack took place before or after the ceasefire.
