Iran to ensure justice for all assassinations, including Khamenei
Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghei said that ensuring justice for all citizens killed, including the late Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, is an important policy of the government. He made the remarks at a press conference in Tehran. Qatar-based media outlet Al Jazeera reported this information in a report.
“This is a clear responsibility of the government. The Foreign Ministry is also part of this process,” he said. He added, “Iran will use all international law and diplomatic means to document evidence of the alleged crimes of the United States and Israel and ensure justice.”
Baghei also added that Iran wants to establish a joint arrangement with Oman on navigation in the Strait of Hormuz. However, progress on this issue with Muscat is being hampered due to US pressure.
