Case filed against 115 people including Chhatra Dal leaders in attack on Patwari

A case has been filed in Jhenaidah against 8 Chhatra Dal leaders including the name of Jatiya Nagorik Party (NCP) chief organizer Nasiruddin Patwari and 110 to 115 unidentified persons in connection with the attack on central leaders. NCP Central Joint Member Secretary Tarequl Islam Tarek Reza filed the case at Jhenaidah Sadar Police Station on Friday (May 22) night.
Immediately after this, leaders of BNP’s associate organizations protested in front of the police station. Later, district BNP leaders removed the protesters. After that, Nasiruddin Patwari and other NCP leaders left Jhenaidah with the help of police.
It is worth noting that Nasiruddin Patwari was attacked while leaving the old Collectorate Mosque in Jhenaidah city after prayers yesterday afternoon. Eggs were thrown at him.
