Blade in tiffin bread of primary school

A sharp blade was found in the government tiffin bread of a primary school student. This incident has created a huge sensation as it spread everywhere. The incident took place yesterday, Wednesday (July 22) at Harisena Government Primary School in Gournadi Municipality of Barisal district.
It is learned that a first-grade student of the school saw a blade inside the bread while tearing it to eat tiffin. The matter was immediately reported to the acting headmaster Saifun Nahar. The source also said that the blade was found inside the bread before the student ate it and he did not suffer any physical harm.
The veracity of the information was confirmed by talking to Alamtaj, a first-grade student of the school this morning. The acting headmaster of the school, Saifun Nahar, admitted the veracity of the information and said that the matter has been reported to the Primary Education Officer Md. Nurul Islam Mridha. On the other hand, after the incident, the guardians demanded to ensure the quality and safety of the tiffin given to the students and urged the concerned senior officials to properly investigate the incident and take necessary action against those responsible.
Although attempts were made to contact Arif Hossain, a representative of the bread supplier Island Trading Corporation, no comment was received as his mobile number was switched off. Gournadi Upazila Executive Officer and Municipal Administrator Md. Ibrahim said over the phone that the school was inspected on Thursday morning. The matter will be investigated and necessary action will be taken.
