Three motorcyclists killed in Dinajpur truck accident
Three motorcyclists were killed in a truck accident in Dinajpur’s Ghoraghat. The incident took place on Saturday (May 23) morning in the Raniganj Bazar area of the upazila.
Police said that Alamin, Saikat and Qayyum were riding a motorcycle on a paved road from a branch road in front of the Raniganj Bara Mosque. At that time, a truck heading to Dinajpur hit the motorcycle. One died on the spot. Later, the other two injured were rescued and taken to the hospital where doctors declared them dead. After the incident, the police seized the truck and took it into custody. Meanwhile, another person was killed in a separate road accident on the Dhaka-Barisal highway in Bhanga, Faridpur.
