3 killed in passenger bus overturn in Chittagong

Three motorcyclists were killed after a passenger bus hit them in Fatikchhari, Chittagong. At least several people were injured when the bus lost control and overturned.
The incident took place in the Pelagazi Dighi area of ​​the upazila around 6 pm on Monday (March 9). Three died on the spot. The deceased were motorcyclists Nayan Urong, Uttam Urong and Tapu Karmakar. All three hail from Hazari Khil area of ​​Fatikchhari.
Locals said that they had gone from Boalkhali upazila of Chittagong to Manikchhari upazila of Khagrachhari district to participate in a Boubhat program. On their way back after the program, the bus collided with a motorcycle. After the accident, locals rescued the injured and first provided first aid. Later, the seriously injured were sent to Chittagong Medical College Hospital.
