Gold price has decreased, how much is it per bhori?
Bangladesh Jewelers Association (BAJUS) has decided to reduce the price of gold in the country’s market again. This time, the organization has reduced the price of 22-carat gold by Tk 3,266 to Tk 2,64,948.
BAJUS announced this information in a notification on Monday (March 9) morning. The new price will be effective from 10 am today. The notification said that the price of acid gold (pure gold) in the local market has decreased. As a result, the new price of gold has been determined considering the overall situation.
According to the new price, the price of 22-carat gold per bhori (11.664 grams) in the country’s market will be Tk 2,64,948. In addition, the price of 21-carat gold per bhori has been determined at Tk 2,52,876, the price of 18-carat gold per bhori has been determined at Tk 2,16,775 and the price of traditional gold per bhori has been determined at Tk 1,76,943.
