619 people hospitalized with dengue, one dies

In the last 24 hours, 619 people have been hospitalized with dengue in the country. During this time, one person has died due to dengue.
This information was given by the Health Emergency Operation Center and Control Room of the Directorate General of Health Services on Saturday (October 18).
The notification said that among the new patients admitted to the hospital, 193 are from the two city corporations of Dhaka, 44 from Dhaka division, 126 from Barisal division, 104 from Chittagong division, 43 from Khulna division, 33 from Mymensingh division, 75 from Rajshahi division and 1 from Sylhet division.
Incidentally, last year, 1 lakh 1 thousand 214 people were infected with dengue. And 575 died of dengue.
