3 people die of dengue, 412 new patients admitted

3 more people have died of dengue in the last 24 hours. During this period, 412 more people have been hospitalized with the Aedes mosquito-borne disease. This information was given in a press release sent by the Health Emergency Operation Center and Control Room of the Directorate General of Health Services on Monday (August 25). It said that three people infected with dengue died in the 24 hours from 8 am on Sunday to 8 am on Monday. Of the three deaths, two are men and one is a woman. In the last 24 hours, 51 people in Dhaka division, 69 in Dhaka North City Corporation, 53 in Dhaka South City Corporation, 102 in Barisal division, 77 in Chittagong division, 26 in Khulna division, four in Mymensingh division and 30 in Rajshahi division have been hospitalized due to dengue. With this, 118 people have died of dengue so far this year. A total of 29,044 people have been hospitalized.
