Drug abuse in Araihazar, youth sentenced to 15 days in prison

A mobile court in Araihazar, Narayanganj, has fined and sentenced a person named Rafat (30). He was fined Tk 100 and sentenced to 15 days in prison in a drive conducted in Noagaon area of ​​Satgram Union on Thursday (April 9) afternoon.
The drive was conducted by Executive Magistrate and Assistant Commissioner (Land) Mustafizur Rahman Emon. He said that Rafat was arrested while consuming drugs during the drive. Later, he was found guilty under Section 36(5) of the Narcotics Control Act, 2018 and this sentence was given immediately. Members of the law enforcement agencies were present at the time.
