Jamaat-e-Islami delegation meets Paul Kapoor

A five-member delegation of Jamaat-e-Islami met US Assistant Secretary of State Paul Kapoor, who is visiting Dhaka. The meeting was held at the US Embassy in the capital at 10 am today, Thursday (March 5).
Led by the organization’s Naye-e-Ameer and Deputy Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly, Dr. Syed Abdullah Md. Taher, the delegation included Assistant Secretary General and Opposition Whip Maulana Rafiqul Islam Khan MP, Central Executive Council Member Saiful Alam Khan MP, and Special Advisor to the Jamaat Ameer on Foreign Affairs Barrister Mir Ahmed Bin Quasem MP. The party leaders will address a press conference at Jamaat’s central office in Moghbazar at 12 noon about the meeting.
