Cabinet meeting held under the chairmanship of Prime Minister

The cabinet meeting was held under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Tarique Rahman. The meeting was held at the conference room of the Cabinet Division of the Bangladesh Secretariat today, Thursday (March 5).
At the beginning of the meeting, the Prime Minister expressed satisfaction with the overall law and order and economic situation in the country. She gave strict instructions to maintain transparency at all levels of administration to accelerate the pace of development projects and ensure public services.
The meeting discussed in detail the issues of keeping the market prices of essential commodities stable and maintaining normal supply, especially in view of the month of Ramadan. Cabinet members and secretaries of the concerned ministries were present in the meeting.
