Drone attack on US embassy in Riyadh, Trump warns of harsh retaliation

A drone attack was carried out on the US embassy in the capital of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh. The Saudi Defense Ministry confirmed the attack early Tuesday (March 3). In a statement on social media, the ministry said that according to initial estimates, the attack was carried out with two drones. As a result, a small fire and general damage occurred in the embassy building.
Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump has warned that the US is going to take major countermeasures very soon in the event of a drone attack on the US embassy in Riyadh. In an interview, Trump warned that the world will soon see what Washington is going to do in response to the attack in Riyadh.
