War on drugs and terrorism declared in Chandpur-2 constituency

The newly elected MP from Chandpur-2 constituency, Dr. Muhammad Jalal Uddin, has declared war on drugs and terrorism. While exchanging greetings with leaders and workers of BNP and professional organizations in Ludhwa, Matlab on Sunday morning (February 22), he first declared war on drugs. Dr. Mohammad Jalal Uddin swore in the name of Allah, “The drug that is destroying my children and future generations, whoever it is, will not be spared. I have declared war on drugs and terrorism.”
He also said, “Those involved will be brought under the law. I have made this promise even before the election. I will work to fulfill the expectations of the people at any cost.” Present at the event were District BNP member Alamgir Sarkar, the chief election coordinator of Chandpur-2 constituency, Upazila BNP acting president Bashir Ahmed Khan, General Secretary Nurul Haque Jitu, Municipal BNP Secretary Jahangir Alam Pradhan, Organizing Secretary Mia Manjur Swapan, Student Affairs Secretary Khairul Hasan Benu and Upazila and Municipal BNP leaders.
