Anti-discrimination movement coordinator hacked to death while wearing a burqa and mask
A young man named Ibrahim Khalil Shuvo was hacked to death in the Basila area of Mohammadpur in the capital. It is learned that he is the Mohammadpur police station coordinator of the anti-discrimination movement and a witness in the July murder case.
On Sunday night (February 22), 4-5 miscreants wearing burqa and masks indiscriminately hacked him to death while he was sitting in a tea shop in the Basila area.
Later, locals rescued him and took him to Pangu Hospital. He is being treated there. Ibrahim’s relatives claim that he was attacked because he was a witness in the July murder case.
Meanwhile, the police say that a group has emerged to destabilize the country after the elections. However, initially, the police believe that the attack was carried out with the aim of establishing local dominance. However, the police are working to uncover the real incident; which will be known after the investigation.
