Interim government’s Foreign Affairs Advisor Md. Touhid Hossain, ‘The announcement of trade tariff reduction with America can come at any time. The Foreign Affairs Advisor said, ‘A tradition of diplomats has developed in every country, whether intentionally or unintentionally. Foreign diplomats talk to us here. A large section of the society wants them to talk. “I can’t always blame them,” he said, adding that a large section of the society is responsible for foreign diplomats talking about Bangladesh’s internal affairs. “In response to a question from journalists, he said, ‘Neither I nor my wife have yet given up our diplomatic passports. Why would I do this when it is still valid?'” UNDP Resident Representative Stephen Liler spoke at the event. DCAB President AKM Moinuddin also spoke at the event, which was chaired by General Secretary Abu Hena Imrul Kayes.
