Plaintiff and defendant clash in court premises, 3 arrested

A clash occurred between the plaintiff and the defendant in the Natore court premises. Police have arrested three people in this incident. The incident took place on Monday (January 19) afternoon.
The arrested are Md. Midul (38), son of Md. Mizanur Rahman of Gouripur (Hoibatpur) area of ​​Natore Sadar Upazila, on behalf of the plaintiff, Md. Joni Khan (24), son of the late Badsha Khan of Kandivita area of ​​the city, and Md. Rana (40), son of Md. Lokman Sarkar of Ramanandapur area of ​​Lalpur Upazila, on behalf of the defendant.
According to police and local sources, the plaintiff and defendant in the case had come to the court for the hearing of a land case. After the hearing in the court in the afternoon, an argument started between both parties on the way home to the court premises. At one point, 8/10 people from both sides got involved in a clash. At this time, the chase turned into a counter-chase. Later, the police reached the spot and normalized the situation. At this time, the police arrested three people. Natore Additional Superintendent of Police (Administration and Finance) Md. Ifte Khair Alam said, “Today was the date of hearing for both parties in the court. After the hearing, the two parties clashed outside the court. The police have arrested three people in this incident.”
