BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman Expresses Gratitude

BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman has expressed gratitude to all concerned for attending the funeral of former Prime Minister and BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia. A large number of people attended the funeral of BNP Chairperson, three-time former Prime Minister and ‘Mother of Democracy’ Begum Khaleda Zia held at the South Plaza of the Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban on Wednesday (December 31).
Lakhs of people from far and wide, including the chief advisors of the interim government, the Advisory Council, the Army, Navy, Air Force, BGB, Police, RAB, Ansar, other law enforcement agencies, media journalists and BNP leaders and activists from all walks of life attended the funeral.
