2 more arrested in Osman Hadi assassination attempt
Two more people have been arrested in the assassination attempt on Inqilab Manch spokesperson Osman Hadi. Police said they were involved in human trafficking across the border. The arrested are Faisal and Alamgir. Police said that additional caution has been issued to those involved in the shooting incident on Osman Hadi before crossing the border. Their passports have been blocked.
Earlier, one person was arrested last night based on the number plate of the motorcycle used in the attack on Hadi. With this, the total number of arrests has risen to 3. It is worth noting that Osman Hadi was shot in the Vijaynagar Box Culvert area of the capital on Friday (December 12) afternoon. Since the incident, the DMP has been conducting operations across the capital to arrest the attackers. Hadi is currently undergoing treatment in the intensive care unit at Evercare Hospital.
