Dhaka-Aricha Highway Blocked for Second Day

A group of students of Jahangirnagar University have protested by blocking the Dhaka-Aricha Highway for the second day demanding the postponement of the 47th BCS written exam. Today, Tuesday (November 25), the students started the protest by blocking the Dhaka-Aricha Highway adjacent to the main gate of the university. Due to the blockade, numerous vehicles got stuck on the side of the road. Road users suffered.
Upon receiving the news, Proctor Professor Dr. A. K. M. Rashidul Alam went to the spot. Although the protesters requested them to leave the road, they announced that they would continue the blockade until the Vice-Chancellor leaves. The protesting students said that at least six months are given for the written exam after the preliminary exam of other BCS. However, only two months have been given before the written exam of the 47th BCS. The students demanded that the written exam be postponed considering a reasonable time.
