Khaleda Zia admitted to hospital

Former Prime Minister and BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia has been admitted to the hospital on the advice of doctors after going to the capital’s Ever Care Hospital for a regular health check-up.
Earlier, on Wednesday (October 15), she left for the hospital from Firoza in Gulshan at 11:40 pm. Her personal physician Professor AZM Zahid Hossain told the media, “On the advice of the medical board, Madam was admitted to Ever Care Hospital last night for some tests. The medical board will review the test report tomorrow and take the next decision.”
Khaleda Zia last went to Ever Care Hospital for a health check-up on August 28. The former prime minister has been suffering from various complex diseases for a long time. She has been hospitalized and treated at various times before.
It is worth noting that Khaleda Zia is returning home from London this year for treatment. On the advice of doctors, she is currently resting at her Gulshan residence Firoza.
