“BNP will ensure health for all: Shamsul Alam in Chittagong”

A courtyard meeting was held on Friday (October 10) at the initiative of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) and its affiliated organizations in Ward No. 18, East Baklia, Chittagong Metropolitan City.
Alhaj Md. Shamsul Alam, a member of the BNP Central Executive Committee, was present as the chief guest at the event.
In the meeting, he referred to the 31-point national reconstruction program of BNP Acting Chairman Mr. Tarique Rahman and said, “If BNP forms the government through elections, health and universal medical treatment will be ensured for everyone. Today, people are afraid to go to the hospital, the price of medicines has skyrocketed, and poor people die in pain without getting treatment. BNP believes that treatment is not a mercy, it is the right of citizens.
We want to build a Bangladesh where every family will be covered by health insurance,
Where poor people will get treatment in government hospitals free of cost, and health, not disease, will be the pledge of the state. Under the leadership of Tarique Rahman, we will build a healthy Bangladesh – where treatment will be the right of everyone!
