Thunberg calls Trump a ‘mentally ill’ person

Environmental and human rights activist Greta Thunberg has criticised US President Donald Trump for calling her a ‘troublemaker’ and advising her to see a doctor. In contrast, the Swedish activist has accused Donald Trump of being a ‘mentally ill’ person.
In an Instagram post on Tuesday (October 7), Greta Thunberg hit back at the US President’s remarks. In it, Thunberg mocked Donald Trump’s overly complimentary comments about her character and thanked him for his concern about mental health.
In the post, Greta Thunberg took a dig at Trump and sought advice on anger management from him. She claimed that it was clear from his past track record that the US President himself suffers from anger management issues.
Earlier, Donald Trump had called Thunberg a ‘troublemaker’ and advised her to see a doctor in the wake of her detention from the Sumud flotilla.
