Russian Health Minister Rescues Passenger in Mid-Sky
Russian Health Minister Mikhail Murashko provided emergency medical assistance to a sick man on a flight to Vietnam. He has become the center of discussion on social media and the media after the video went viral. The scene was captured in a video on a Telegram channel called SHOT, Russian media outlet RT reported. The incident occurred on a Moscow-Hanoi flight, when a 50-year-old passenger fell ill three hours into the flight. The Vietnamese crew then called for medical assistance and Mikhail Murashko, who was on the same flight, stepped in. The man was reportedly suffering from high blood pressure, which can lead to a heart attack or other life-threatening complications. The Russian Health Minister, who is himself a trained doctor, reportedly stabilized the man’s condition by administering medication and treatment on the plane. A video posted by SHOT on Sunday (September 14) shows Mikhail Murashko caring for the passenger, reassuring him and helping him sit up straight. RT reported that after the Russian minister provided assistance, the passenger’s condition improved and he was able to complete the journey safely. He landed in Hanoi without further complications.
