450,000 Yaba pills seized in Cox’s Bazar, 9 arrested
RAB has arrested 9 drug dealers with 460,000 pieces of Yaba in a raid at the Bakkhali River estuary in Cox’s Bazar. The Assistant Director of RAB-15 confirmed this information through a press release on Tuesday (August 26) night. He said that based on a secret tip-off, RAB conducted a raid at the Bakkhali River estuary adjacent to Ward No. 1 of Cox’s Bazar Municipality. During this, a trawler was identified and 9 people were arrested. Later, Yaba hidden in an oil drum was seized. The arrested are residents of different upazilas of Cox’s Bazar. RAB also said that the arrested have been handed over to the police station.
