Rumeen Farhana is the one who is most hurt by Hasina’s downfall: Hasnat

Rumin Farhana has been called BNP’s Awami Affairs Secretary. Jatiya Nagorik Party NCP’s southern convener Hasnat Abdullah said that Rumin Farhana is one of the many Awami Affairs Secretarys in BNP. He also mentioned that Rumin Farhana has suffered the most in Hasina’s fall. He said this while talking to reporters at the Election Building on Sunday (August 24). He said, Election Commissioners have been appointed in the past structure. We have always questioned the objective role of the EC. The whole of Bangladesh has witnessed the ugly incident, which is basically how the next election can be and what role BNP will play in that election and the role of the police as spectators has been proven today. This NCP leader said, Hasina used to say that 20 dowries and 10 goondas will make the election cold. Today, Rumin Farhana is the one who applied for a flat from Hasina. And Rumin Farhana has suffered the most in Hasina’s fall. Rumin Farhana is one of those who feel more like a product of Awami League than Awami League. He always says that he was very good in the last 15 years, he will definitely be good because he has taken all the benefits of Awami League. We have always questioned the role of the Election Commission. Even today, we have seen the police playing the role of a silent spectator. The police have prevented our leaders and activists from entering the Election Commission. On the other hand, BNP leaders and activists have given a free exit. This Election Commission has become the party office of some parties. Hasnat also said, we have repeatedly said that we want to move towards a free, fair and impartial election. The people of Bangladesh are waiting for a democratic transition, but people do not want to go back to gangsterism. People are not waiting for the one-eleven stage again. Hasnat also commented that the EC should show objectivity and professionalism for a fair election.
