Regarding the NCP’s statement that the election will not be held in February, Advisor Rizwana said that everyone speaks from their own political position. The government does not act according to anyone’s words. She also commented that the government has said that the election will be held in February, and the government is on that path. She said that the government is thinking about the national election. The environment advisor also said that if all political parties agree on the Constituent Assembly elections, then that issue will be seen. Regarding the stone quarrying in Jaflong, he said, “Those who are grieving for the workers today, once upon a time they killed 65-80 workers while trying to extract sand with dynamite. We didn’t see them expressing grief at that time.”
