Despite condemnation from 26 countries including the European Union (EU), the United Kingdom, and Canada, the Israeli attacks on Gaza have not stopped. Doctors said that at least 73 more Palestinians have been killed in the valley in one day due to the occupation forces’ attacks.
This information was reported by Qatar-based international media Al Jazeera, citing a statement issued by the Gaza Health Ministry on Wednesday (August 13) morning.
According to the report, 19 of those killed in the last 24 hours were shot dead while trying to collect food aid. Two died of hunger, including a 6-year-old child.
According to the Gaza Health Ministry, 61,599 Palestinians have been killed and 154,088 injured in the Israeli invasion since October 7, 2023.
Meanwhile, 26 countries including the EU, Canada, the United Kingdom, and France have condemned the “unimaginable levels” of suffering in Gaza. They called for urgent action to prevent famine and a complete lifting of the blockade in the war-torn valley.
