Regarding the July Charter and the July Declaration, the Information Advisor said that the Charter and the Declaration are different things. The Charter is a decision reached after discussions with all political parties and is a document that will be made public. Through which the people will be able to know which party agrees and disagrees on which issues. It has already reached a stage through compromises by all parties. Preparations are underway, it will be announced soon. And separately, the Advisor said that the July Declaration is a paper work or documentary evidence of the aspirations of the people’s uprising. It will serve as documentary evidence of the expectations that the people had on August 5. However, it is not certain whether all political parties will have their signatures there. Through this, the context and future of the July movement will emerge. He further said that Bangladesh has entered a new phase through the July uprising. He also said that the fate of the people of the country has not been able to completely change in the last one year.
