Gaza death toll rises to 58,000
Gaza has been a death camp for nearly two years under Israeli aggression. Israel is the killer. More than 58,000 people have been killed in the blockaded enclave since October 7, 2023. Most of them are women and children. Journalists, doctors, aid workers and human rights activists were also not left out. At least 100 more Palestinians have been killed since early Sunday (July 13). On this day, Israel carried out a deadly airstrike on a crowded market in Gaza City. At least 12 people were killed. The Gaza Health Department said a health worker was killed in the attack. The missile attack targeted people waiting for drinking water in the Nuseirat refugee camp in Gaza. 10 people, including children, were killed. On the other hand, the IDF claimed that the missile fired at Hamas members landed there due to a mechanical fault. It is worth noting that the Israeli blockade and continuous attacks have led to a severe fuel crisis in Gaza. The United Nations has called for urgent fuel supplies to the besieged territory to keep vital services, including hospitals and transportation, running.
