BNP has distributed iftar items on the occasion of the Ramadan.

BNP and its affiliated organizations have distributed Iftar items at Chittagong city’s Panchlaish Thana among the poor and helpless people on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.

Chittagong Metropolitan BNP Convening Committee member and former Panchlaish Thana BNP President Mamunul Islam Humayun was present as the chief guest. The program was held on Saturday (March 1) under the chairmanship of Shamsul Alam, former president of Shulakbahar Ward BNP. He said that this arrangement of standing by the helpless people will be continue during the holy Ramadan. Mamunul Islam Humayun also called on the wealthy people of the society to stand by these helpless people.

Chittagong Panchlaish Thana BNP’s former joint secretary Saidur Rahman Belal was present as the special guest. Also present were former general secretary of Shulakbahar ward BNP Hasan Osman Chowdhury, former vice president MA Mannan, former Shulakbahar Chhatra Dal leader Habibur Rahman, former vice president of ward BNP Sarwar Sufi, former joint secretary Touhidul Islam Rana, Hasan Uddin, former law secretary of Thana BNP Masud Ahmed Rana, former organizational secretary of ward BNP Ali Akbar, Mohammad Forkan, Khorshed Alam, former joint convener of Thana Jubo Dal Ridwan Hossain Johnny, former joint convener of ward Jubo Dal Sadeq Ahmed, Amjad Hossain, Gias Uddin, Rezaul, Iskandar, Ziaur Rahman, Faisal, Abu Taher Saymon, Sajeeb and others.

Through this iftar distribution program, Panchlaish Thana BNP and its affiliated organizations have stood by the poor and helpless people of the area during the month of Ramadan.
