This problem has occurred in several parts of India, Bangladesh and Europe. However, it is not clear why this problem occurred on Facebook.

Reuters, citing Downdetector.com, said that more than 13,000 users have reported having problems accessing Facebook. In addition, more than 6,600 people have had problems using Instagram.
