Youth hacked to death in Hazaribagh

A youth named Md. Shipon (24) was hacked to death by miscreants in Hazaribagh in the capital. The incident took place on Wednesday night at Hazaribagh Jhauchar Siam School Lane. Hazaribagh Police Station Sub-Inspector (SI) Suman Chandra Sheikh confirmed this information. The deceased Shipon is the son of Shah Alam, a resident of Comilla. He currently lived in Hazaribagh Boro Masjid Lane.
Suman Chandra Sheikh said, “After receiving a call from Triple Nine, I went to Hazaribagh Jhauchar Siam School Lane and saw a man lying in a bloody state. He was rescued from there and taken to the emergency department of DMCH Hospital at 3:30 am, where the doctor on duty declared him dead.”
The police officer also said, “There were stab wounds on his head, both hands and feet. However, it was not immediately known who hacked him to death. The matter can be said after the investigation. The body has been kept in the morgue for autopsy.”
