What was learned about Faisal Karim Masud, who ‘shot’ Hadi
It is known that the house of Faisal Karim Masud alias Rahul, the young man suspected of shooting Inquilab Manch spokesperson Sharif Osman Hadi in the capital, is in Baufal upazila of Patuakhali.
According to the police PCR report, Faisal Karim Masud’s permanent address is in the area adjacent to Keshabpur College, Ward No. 2 of Keshabpur Union, Baufal upazila. His father is Humayun Kabir. However, he currently lives in the Peace Culture Housing Society area under Adabor police station in Dhaka.
It is also known that a case has been filed against him at Adabor police station. Information and pictures related to Faisal Karim Masud’s PCR report have already spread on social media Facebook.
It is worth noting that Sharif Osman Hadi was shot in broad daylight in Bijoynagar of the capital recently. He was seriously injured after being shot in the head in the incident that took place in the Box Culvert area of Vijaynagar. Later, he was admitted first to Dhaka Medical College Hospital and later to Evercare Hospital for advanced treatment.
After this information came to light at the accused’s house in Bauphal, there have been various reactions and dissatisfaction among the locals. However, no detailed statement has been received from the law enforcement agencies about the entire incident yet.
