US Ambassador meets CEC

Newly appointed US Ambassador to Dhaka Brent Christensen met with Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) AMM Nasir Uddin. The meeting began at 12 noon today (January 28) at the Agargaon Election Building in the capital.
The bilateral meeting is likely to discuss the contemporary political context and the country’s upcoming elections. The 13th National Assembly elections and referendum will be held on February 12.
