Unidentified person dies after being run over by train in Gazipur
An unidentified person died after being run over by a train in Kaliakoir, Gazipur. The accident occurred on the Dhaka-Rajshahi railway line in the Bajhijoltali area of the upazila early this Monday (November 24).
Sub-Inspector (SI) of Joydebpur Railway Police Outpost Qayyum Ali said that a man aged around 60 died after being run over by a train in the Bajhijoltali area of Kaliakoir upazila on the Dhaka-Rajshahi railway line this morning. He added that the deceased was wearing a lungi and a shirt. Efforts are underway to identify him. Legal action is being taken in this regard.
