UITS’ “Three Zero” Team Wins Gold Medal
The Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Uttaran University of Information Technology and Sciences (UITS) is delighted to announce that two out of the four participating teams from UITS have won Gold Medals and prestigious recognitions in the “Innovation World Cup Bangladesh 2025”. The competition was held on November 7, 2025. In this highly competitive event with the participation of over 400 teams and over 1500 innovators from across the country, UITS teams made it to the top 85 national finalists. The award-winning teams have officially secured their place in the International Invention, Innovation and Creativity Competition / Innovation World Cup 2026. This global competition will be held in Bandung, Indonesia from January 28-31, 2026. As a result of this remarkable success achieved through a commitment to innovation and research, both “Team Three Zero” and “Team Sound Vision” have qualified for the international round of the Innovation World Cup 2026. They will represent Bangladesh in Bandung, Indonesia from January 28-31, 2026.

Honorable Mention: Team “Sound Vision”
Members: Ishraq Uddin Chowdhury, Kazi Md. Azhar Uddin Abir, Fahima Abida Chowdhury, Sumaiya Binte Islam, Abdul Momen Safin.
UITS felicitated its Gold Medal winning team at a special function on November 17, 2025. The function was attended by Honorable Vice Chancellor of UITS Prof. Dr. Md. Abu Hasan Bhuiyan, Registrar Mr. Mohammad Kamrul Hasan and Director of IQAC Engr. Md. Safayet Hossain. This achievement further cemented UITS’ commitment to developing a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship among its students.
