After disembarking from Air Force One at Kuala Lumpur Airport, he was welcomed by the country’s Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim.
Trump’s dance at the official welcome ceremony held at Kuala Lumpur Airport has sparked widespread discussion in the media and online platforms. His famous ‘fist-pumping dance’ or dance with a raised fist instantly went viral on social media. The White House also did not hesitate to highlight the issue. Trump’s special assistant Margo Martin posted a video of the dance on her social media page.
Trump’s first program of the trip includes attending the signing ceremony of a peace agreement between Thailand and Cambodia. The two neighboring countries clashed on the border last July. Trump himself wrote on the social media platform ‘Truth Social’, “I brokered the ‘Great Peace Deal’ between Cambodia and Thailand, which I am going to Malaysia to sign.”
