Advisor to the Home Ministry of the interim government, Lieutenant General (retd.) Md. Jahangir Alam Chowdhury, said that there may be domestic and foreign fuel in the ISKCON issue. One or two banned organizations may also be involved in it.
He said these things in response to questions from journalists after discussions with officials from various departments of the Sylhet Circuit House administration on Tuesday evening.

He said, ‘A lot of fake cases have been filed all over the country. We will form a committee to ensure that no innocent person is harassed in these cases. Those who file fake cases should be identified.’
