There is no fear of deterioration in law and order situation before elections: Home Affairs Advisor

Home Affairs Advisor Jahangir Alam Chowdhury said that as the elections approach, meetings and gatherings will increase. However, there is no fear of deterioration in law and order situation before the elections. He said this at a briefing at the Secretariat after the meeting of the Core Committee on Law and Order this Sunday (November 23) afternoon.
Regarding the ongoing earthquake, the Home Affairs Advisor said that the water bodies have been filled. There is not even enough land to stand on. Everyone has to follow the building code. Otherwise, there is a possibility of the situation getting worse in the future. RAJUK has to be alert about these issues. He urged everyone to be alert in case of earthquakes at this time.
The Home Affairs Advisor also said that there is no early warning system for earthquakes. I have heard that in some countries there is an app. Which can indicate 10 seconds in advance. That app can be used.
