Tarique Rahman to meet Shafiqur-Nahid

After winning the 13th National Parliament election, BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman will meet Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman and Jatiya Nagorik Party (NCP) convener Nahid Islam. The BNP Chairman is scheduled to visit their homes this Sunday (February 15) evening.
BNP Media Wing member Shamsuddin Didar confirmed this information to our time on Saturday. He said that he is scheduled to visit Shafiqur Rahman’s house in Dhaka’s Bashundhara residential area at 7 pm. Then he will visit Nahid Islam’s house in Badda around 8 pm. BNP has contacted the two leaders in this regard.
BNP’s Media Wing said that this courtesy meeting with top leaders of Jamaat and NCP is basically part of positive politics.
