Tarique Rahman is going to Sylhet at night, will hold rallies in 7 districts in one day

BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman is going to Sylhet on Wednesday (January 21) night to start the campaign for the upcoming 13th National Parliament election. He is scheduled to leave for Sylhet from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 8:15 pm tonight. BNP’s election campaign is going to start through this visit.
Tarique Rahman will attend rallies in seven districts in one day on the day of the election campaign, tomorrow, Thursday. Mahdi Amin, spokesperson of the Election Management Committee, gave this information at a press conference at his office in Gulshan this afternoon. He said that Tarique Rahman will arrive in Sylhet by plane at 8:15 pm. He will pay a visit to the shrine of Hazrat Shahjalal (RA) late at night. He will join an election rally at Sylhet Alia Madrasa ground tomorrow morning.
Tarique Rahman will address a rally at Sherpur Ainpur playground in Moulvibazar Sadar upazila in the afternoon. On the way, he will join a rally at the proposed new Upazila Parishad ground in Shayestaganj upazila of Habiganj district. From there, he will join an election rally at Kuttapara Football Stadium in Sarail upazila of Brahmanbaria district in the afternoon and at Bhairab Stadium in Kishoreganj district in the afternoon.
From there, the BNP chairman will hold an election rally adjacent to Narsingdi Municipal Park on the way. Later, after the rally in Araihazar or Gauchia area of ​​Narayanganj district, he will return to his residence in Gulshan late at night.
Mahdi Amin further said, “We have already sent letters to all the concerned district commissioners and returning officers, i.e. Sylhet, Sunamganj, Moulvibazar, Habiganj, Brahmanbaria, Narsingdi, Narayanganj and other authorities, informing them about Tarique Rahman’s visit.” It was informed at the press conference that the BNP Chairman is accompanied by Abdul Qadir Bhuiyan Jewel, Mamun Hasan, Abdul Monayem Munna, Kazi Rawnkul Islam Shraban, Yasin Ferdous Murad, Rakibul Islam Rakib and several other dedicated and struggling young leaders on his visit to Sylhet. Mahdi Amin said that an election theme song will be unveiled by BNP at the beginning of the election campaign. Member Secretary of the Central Election Management Committee and Senior Joint Secretary General of BNP Ruhul Kabir Rizvi will inaugurate the theme song at Lakeshore Hotel in Dhaka at 12:01 tonight.
Ismail Zabiullah, Chief Coordinator of the Central Election Management Committee, Election Management Committee and BNP leaders will be present at the event.
